User Agreement
Effective date: January 1, 2025
1. General provisions
This User Agreement (hereinafter — the Agreement) governs the relationship between the wisvas platform (hereinafter — the Platform) and the user (hereinafter — the User) in connection with the use of the Platform's services.
By registering on the Platform, the User confirms that they have read this Agreement, understand its terms and accept them in full.
2. Registration and account
To use the Platform's services, the User must register by providing accurate information. The User is responsible for the security of their account credentials and agrees not to share them with third parties.
3. Terms of use
The User agrees to use the Platform in accordance with applicable law and this Agreement. The use of services for unlawful purposes, fraud, or in violation of third-party rights is prohibited.
4. Investment activity and risks
Investment activity involves risks. The Platform does not guarantee any returns. The User independently assesses risks and makes decisions about participation in investment products.
5. Responsibility for funds
The Platform and its operator are not liable for the User's funds deposited on the Platform or transferred through it. All transactions are made by the User at their own risk. The Platform does not guarantee the safety or return of funds and does not compensate for possible losses, loss of account access, or other financial losses of the User.
6. Referral program
The terms of the referral program, commissions, and transitions between VIP levels are described in the relevant sections of the Platform. The Platform reserves the right to change the program terms with notice to Users.
7. Withdrawal of funds
Withdrawal of funds is carried out in accordance with the Platform's rules. Commissions and limits may apply. The processing time for requests is indicated in the withdrawal section.
8. Privacy and personal data
The Platform processes the User's personal data in accordance with applicable law and the privacy policy.
9. Changes to terms
The Platform reserves the right to modify this Agreement. The current version is posted on the website. Continued use of the services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
